When a trainer fills her seminars, a club fills its trials, or a brand reaches new handlers, dog sports get stronger. Here's what that looks like in practice.
+340% Increase in Lead Generation
Joanne Fleming is one of the most respected Schutzhund coaches in North America — a competitor whose students have achieved multiple High in Trials, Regional and National wins, and International placements. But great coaching only grows the sport if handlers can find it. We rebuilt her website from the ground up so more handlers discover her seminars and coaching — meaning more well-prepared teams entering trials across the continent.

2.5x Revenue Growth
Horton's K9 has a long-standing history of quality in working dog equipment — harnesses, gear, and accessories trusted by serious handlers. Gear like that keeps handlers training and competing, but a dated brand and underperforming storefront kept it from reaching them. We modernized the brand and rebuilt the digital storefront so more handlers get equipped with gear that keeps them in the sport.

Full Platform Revamp with Membership System
NAWBA needed more than a website refresh — they needed a complete digital infrastructure overhaul. Events were hard to find, registrations were manual, and newcomers had no clear way in. We built a fully integrated membership platform that makes it easy for members to participate and for new people to discover the breed and the sport — lowering the barrier to entry for the next generation of handlers.
Manual Process Eliminated
Built the Working Dog Network from Scratch
K9 Sports Nation is the mission made tangible — a platform built to grow the sport itself. Handlers find trials, discover trainers, post results, and connect with clubs, while the great people of dog sports get the spotlight they deserve. We designed and developed the entire platform: the brand, the architecture, the community features, and the ongoing strategy that keeps the community growing.

+2 New Member Inquiries Driven Directly Through the Site
The Working Rottweiler Association of Canada needed a real online presence to match one of the sport's most dedicated communities. We built their website from scratch — giving the club a professional home to promote training days and trials. Since launch, WRAC has received 2 confirmed new member inquiries driven directly through the site from handlers who discovered the club online for the first time.

A Dedicated Marketplace for Working-Dog Gear
Working-dog equipment is highly specialized, but handlers have traditionally relied on scattered social posts and general-purpose marketplaces to find it. We designed and developed K9 Sports Marketplace as a purpose-built place for handlers, clubs, trainers, and vendors to buy and sell new and used gear with the context the sport demands.
Specialized Gear Categories
Most K9 clubs and regional organizations run on passion and volunteers. They've historically been priced out of professional web design — left with outdated, DIY sites that don't reflect the quality of what they do. We built a model to change that.
A custom website from a general agency costs $5,000–$25,000. Then there's hosting, maintenance, and ongoing updates. For a nonprofit K9 sports club with a $2,000 annual budget, that's not a realistic option.
The result: event listings buried in Facebook posts nobody sees, membership forms that are still PDFs, and trial results posted as screenshots. The sport looks amateur to anyone who isn't already in it.
Because we specialize in K9 exclusively, we've built the infrastructure once — the frameworks, integrations, and templates that K9 organizations actually need. That means we can deliver a professional, fully custom site at a fraction of what a generalist agency charges.
Handlers and clubs pay minimal monthly fees. No upfront build cost. No technical headaches. A site that's actually maintained.

Membership platform, event management, and full site revamp — giving one of North America's premier working-dog organizations a digital home to match its stature.
Club site, event calendar, and results archive for one of the sport's most active regional organizations — already driving new traffic and helping new members discover WRAC online.
The network is growing. If your club still relies on Facebook posts and email chains to run events, it's time to fix that.
